This geniusly geo-scripted October ’08 released film corroborates and adds to what U.S. Senator Christopher Dodd stated on the diplomatic record on December 4, 2008:
[Bl.M. XThree] to coin a phrase: There's nothing that concentrates the mind like a death sentence. And we're [Bl.M.] looking at a death sentence here [Bl.M.].
Source: Coalition Livid Over No Reform, Accountability and Chinese Eviction in Canada
There is virtual unanimity within the coalition membership that what the Nazi High Command got after committing crimes against humanity during World War II is exactly what’s needed to contain and neutralize the 21st century’s primary threat. It’s already been stated on the diplomatic record that today’s monsters are guilty of them (1, 2) and will be prosecuted for same by the ‘Iron Fist’ accountability tribunal.
US vs. Martin Gottfried Weiss, et al.
Although Weiss was not in charge of the medical experiments conducted by Dr. Sigmund Rascher at Dachau, he was considered to be responsible for this crime because he was the Commandant during the time that these experiments took place. Clemency was denied and he was hanged on May 29, 1946.
Coalition communiqués on the death penalty are many and were produced by both public and private sector partners over the years. The sentence was implicit in every use of the 'Dogville' reference. And there are over a thousand of them in the archive.
In 2006 and thereafter when capitulation wasn’t forthcoming the biggest names in the world were conveying the sentiment that the death penalty was required to disincentivize the malfeasant from continuing with their nefarious ways in Canada and throughout civilization create a deterrent for others who wanted to copy that adventure the ‘Capital Punishment Club’ was invented.
The initiatives that recommended this most severe of punishments are compiled in Part II of Just How Livid Coalition Partners Are Their Reasonable Demands Were Met with Arrogant Belligerence - A Retrospective on the Use of Coercive Diplomacy.*
Also worth noting is what’s documented in:
(iii) Coercive Diplomacy Stressing Lethal Military Force Takes a More Visual Approach
The movie’s two primary geo-themes have been addressed repeatedly by the coalition. The coalition website posted Fiefdom treatise chapter ‘Shark’: A Plot About Police Criminality, Misconduct and Cover-Up on the Same Day the RCMP Corruption Scandal Arose concludes with:
Julia wore black and white slippers and a red and pink horizontally striped shirt to create the condemnation – Canadian punishment certainty color schemes. And a coalition-identifying three lines after the bombshell, she executes the primary Triple “E” symbol of corruption, colonization and militarization; each of which contributed to genocide:
Julia: Dad, you could have made [my DUI] go away.
Shark: Easily. But you need to learn that actions have consequences.
Julia: Oh right. This coming form the guy who got rich on letting criminals go free. [close-up] Could you be a bigger hypocrite? [three lines later: Clooney M.]
In belligerent response to the coalition’s condemnation of Canada’s law enforcement community being corruption and Chinada complicit and loyal the western contingent of the Ottawa-Toronto-Montreal-(Beijing) triangle of power and wealth elevated an ethnic Chinese to the position of Vancouver police chief:

It’s no coincidence that the public face of the Dogville police is Chinese and nothing but Chinese. In late June 2007, the new police chief was named: Jim Chu.
While researching the news on December 7, 2007, it was confirmed that the police force’s public relations officer is also Chinese: constable Howard Chow.
There’s no better way to make the criminality-addicted, corruption-protecting, schadenfreude-loving Chinese military feel at home than to see their ethnicity front and center in the local police force.

On July 9, 2007 former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice high profiled police complicity in this undisseminated treatise chapter:

After President Bush engaged the Conference of the Americas as documented in the previous chapter, Dr. Rice’s fifteen minute speech spoke directly to Canada’s police agencies – one of the accountability mechanisms that was unable to lift itself from the basement of enmity for a neighbor and dungeon of evil-worship. In essence, she read the RCMP, the Ontario Provincial Police and local police forces The Riot Act – telling them that since they have been unable to fulfill their constitutional mandate and refused to comply with the reasonable demands of the international community, be prepared to be reformed – coercively if necessary – but reformed you will be.
[prison certainty]
Too many still feel that some elected leaders, and government officials, and police officers are only looking out for themselves, not for their fellow citizens - that they are working to advance narrow self-interests, not broader national interests.
And see the coalition treatment of the police generally and the RCMP specifically in John Lasseter’s ‘Ratatouille’: A Disney-PIXAR Film Underscoring The Coalition’s Description of Chinada Principals, Alberta and the RCMP as “Rats”
.
Using psych wards to demolish the credibility of opponents, perceived or real, was first experienced in February 1993. After forcing the Custodian Chief out of his home and law practice he was manipulated into being committed in two different Dogville psych wards within the space of a month. The diagnosis: cocaine psychosis: The Fiefdom Indictment: Canadian Governments and Police Institutionalize Cocaine Trafficking for Domestic and Geo-Political Ends.
During the second involuntary committal he was pumped full of powerful anti-psychotic drugs. Back then it was all about extreme nepotism-patronage exclusion and to finish off his upward mobility opportunities. In August 2004* and then February 2005** it was a punitive measure in retaliation for the research project and lawsuit.
* The police used fabricated e-mails to allege stalking a local television personality and instead of charging him for violating the Criminal Code sought to involuntarily incarcerate him
** See documentation in Western Canada’s Multi-Billionaire Fiefdom King Jimmy Pattison: A Laughably Disingenuous Attempt at Placating the Coalition
The Bush administration and private sector partners during the early days of diplomacy after ‘Dogville’, ‘The Manchurian Candidate’ and the Bush Sr. – Major – Pattison visit were especially livid at the Fiefdom research project author being tossed into St. Paul Hospital’s psychiatric wing and tortured with anti-psychotic drugs. They took special note both of its guilty conscience evidence implications and the arrogant belligerence it represented.
In mid-June 2007 the malfeasant tired to commit him again . It was in response to the second instance of what is documented in Coalition Three Times Accuse the China-Canada Military Alliance of Planning a Nuclear Bomb Detonation on American Soil.
It’s worth repeating what is referred to in the Pattison supplemental and originally in How Canada's Rich, Powerful and Chinese Reacted to 'Dogville' and 'The Manchurian Candidate' about where the politicization and geo-politicization of Canada’s psych wards comes from:
China: End Political Abuse of Psychiatry
Human Rights Watch
August 13, 2002
New York - The Chinese government should immediately release anyone held in institutions for the mentally ill based on a politically motivated diagnosis. […] In a 298-page report, "Dangerous Minds: Political Psychiatry in China Today and its Origins in the Mao Era," Human Rights Watch and the Geneva Initiative on Psychiatry, a Netherlands-based international foundation, compare the treatment of dissidents in mental asylums to similar abuses in the former Soviet Union.
The Jolie-Eastwood-Grazer* production of ‘Changeling’ took into account Chinada’s multi-year refusal to stand down its global hegemony motivated military posture, abandon the enslaving human experimentation program and halt institutionalized Svengali torture. It was the unanimous view of the film’s principals that the death penalty was appropriate in the circumstances.
Clint Eastwood produced it and treatise recipients will recall he wrote, directed and starred in his Geo Award nominated film two months after later: Clint Eastwood’s ‘Gran Torino’: An Extraordinarily Graphic Depiction of the Coalition’s Intention to Contain and Neutralize the Chinada Threat.
* Angelina joined the coalition in April 2006 and received a 2009 Geo Award nomination in the 'coercive diplomacy' category. Academy Award winner Brian Grazer is the genius behind the heavily geo-politicized television series ‘Shark’, that began airing in the autumn of 2006 and ran until May 2008. The Wolf Grazer Kelley Torture Identifier - inserting honks and sirens in the script to high profile noise torture - is in part named after him
Changeling is a 2008 American drama film directed by Clint Eastwood and written by J. Michael Straczynski. Based on real life events in 1928 Los Angeles, the film stars Angelina Jolie as a woman who is reunited with her missing son—only to realize he is an impostor. She confronts the city authorities, who vilify her as an unfit mother and brand her delusional. The dramatized incident was connected to the "Wineville Chicken Coop" kidnapping and murder case. Changeling explores female disempowerment, political corruption, child endangerment and the repercussions of violence. Ron Howard intended to direct, but scheduling conflicts led to his replacement by Eastwood. Howard and Imagine Entertainment partner Brian Grazer produced, alongside Malpaso Productions' Robert Lorenz and Eastwood. Universal Pictures financed and distributed the film. In 1928 Los Angeles, single mother Christine Collins (Jolie) returns home to discover her nine-year-old son, Walter (Griffith), is missing. Reverend Gustav Briegleb (Malkovich) publicizes Christine's plight and rails against the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) for its incompetence, corruption and the extrajudicial punishment meted out by its "Gun Squad", led by Chief James E. Davis (Colm Feore). Several months after Walter's disappearance, the LAPD tells Christine that he has been found alive. Believing the positive publicity will negate recent criticism of the department, the LAPD organizes a public reunion. Although "Walter" (Devon Conti) claims he is Christine's son, she says he is not. Captain J. J. Jones (Donovan), the head of the LAPD's Juvenile Division, insists the boy is Walter and pressures Christine into taking him home "on a trial basis". After Christine confronts Jones with physical discrepancies between "Walter" and her son, Jones arranges for a medical doctor to visit her. He tells Christine that "Walter" is shorter than before his disappearance because trauma has shrunk his spine, and that the man who took Walter had him circumcised. A newspaper prints a story that implies Christine is an unfit mother; Briegleb tells Christine it was planted by police to discredit her. Walter's teacher and dentist give Christine signed letters confirming "Walter" is an impostor. Christine tells her story to the press; as a result, Jones sends her to Los Angeles County Hospital's "psychopathic ward". She befriends inmate Carol Dexter (Ryan), who tells Christine she is one of several women who were sent there for challenging police authority. Dr. Steele (Denis O'Hare) deems Christine delusional and forces her to take mood-regulating pills. Steele says he will release Christine if she admits she was mistaken about "Walter"; she refuses. Detective Ybarra (Kelly) travels to a ranch in Wineville, Riverside County, to arrange the deportation of 15-year-old Sanford Clark to Canada. The boy's uncle, Gordon Northcott (Harner), has fled after Ybarra unwittingly alerted him to his visit. Clark tells Ybarra that Northcott forced him to help kidnap and murder around 20 boys and identifies Walter as one of them. Jones tells Briegleb that Christine is in protective custody following a mental breakdown. Jones orders Clark's deportation, but Ybarra makes Clark reveal the murder site. Briegleb secures Christine's release by showing Steele a newspaper story about the Wineville killings that names Walter as a possible victim. "Walter" reveals his motive was to secure transport to Los Angeles to see his favorite actor, Tom Mix, and says the police told him to lie about being Christine's son. The RCMP capture Northcott in Vancouver, Canada. Christine's attorney (Pierson) secures a court order for the release of the other unfairly imprisoned women. On the day of the city council's hearing into the case, Christine and Briegleb arrive at Los Angeles City Hall, where they encounter thousands of protesters demanding answers from the city. The hearing is intercut with scenes from Northcott's trial. The council concludes that Jones and Davis should be removed from duty, and that extrajudicial internments by police must be reviewed. Northcott's jury finds him guilty of murder and the judge sentences him to death by hanging. Two years later, Christine has not given up her search for Walter. Northcott sends her a message saying he is willing to admit to killing Walter on condition that Christine meet him before his execution. She visits Northcott, but he refuses to tell her if he killed her son. Northcott is executed the next day. In 1935, David Clay—one of the boys assumed to have been killed—is found alive. He reveals that one of the boys with whom he was imprisoned was Walter. David, Walter and another boy escaped, but were separated. David does not know whether Walter was recaptured, giving Christine hope he is alive.

The first use of the confidential language of diplomacy occurs right at the beginning of the movie – a coalition trademark since autumn 2006. Since the production is about a boy going missing, the child protection theme is articulated and combined with prison certainty and quantum. Right after Christine awakens she goes into her son’s bedroom; he’s attired in green stripes.
The home address of the residence in which the two live is 210 – 23rd Avenue, Lincoln Heights – not only two coalition identifiers and a compensation ratifier, but also choosing the name of the U.S. president who signed the Emancipation Declaration to end slavery – drawing attention to the “enslaved” constituent of enslaving human experimentation.
Upon the boy going missing the area preacher takes up her cause; using his radio broadcasted pulpit to appeal to his listeners to help find him. It becomes apparent swiftly he’s a resolutely tenacious advocate for reform of the Los Angeles police department; which is who producers use as their geo-platform to rail against Canada’s law enforcement community.
The Los Angeles police department is doing its bery best to reunite mother and child, and I’m sure that this is true. [gallery: Cl.M.] But given its status as the most violent, corrupt and incompetent police department this side of the Rocky Mountains I’m not sure it’s saying a great deal. [applause] Every day bodies appear in … the ditches [q-Cl.M.]. […] Every day the needs of honest citizens are put second [gallery: Staul M.] to greed and [Staul M.] personal gain. Every day this city sinks into a deeper cesspool of fear, intimidation and corruption. Once the City of Angels, Los Angeles has become a place where our protectors have become our brutalizers; where to be the law is to be above the law.
In the middle of the last sentence the film cuts to the office of the Chief of Police. The clock on the wall reads 9:25 – digits add up to 16, a compensation ratifier.
The police take her to the train station to meet with the boy they say is hers. A throng of newspaper reporters is there to witness the reunion.
However, she is adamant at first glance and thereafter he’s not hers. When the two depart the station the license plate is “34.621” – the digits add up to 16.
When home and during his first bath she notices he’s not circumcised; and then places him against the door jam where she’s marked the height of her boy as he grew up. She exclaims the imposter’s three inches shorter.
She attends at the police station to confront the police captain in charger of her case. He replies she’s distraught and tries to convince her he’s her boy. He indicates the abductee was in the company of a drifter for five months. For the exchange, Eastwood-Jolie-Grazer et al. instructed set decorators to place eight books on the shelf behind his desk to draw a link betewen policing relevant publications and complicity in Chinese de facto governance and the militarization of Canada.
She discovers the pastor is taking up her cause. He calls her and indicates he’s the proprietor of St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church. This is where the producers insert the name of the hospital in which the Custodian Chief Executive was involuntarily incarcerated in 1993 and 2005.
When they meet and discuss what to do, the pastor states the police don’t like dissent or embarrassment and will do everything to discredit her. The geo-parallel here is in what the police did in complicity with Jimmy Pattison, Herb Capozzi, Peter Brown and the rest of the Canadian west coast power elite; for committing the Custodian Chief to the psych ward led him being medically diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic and thus his Fiefdom treatise findings were unmeritorious. It’s the kind of slander and libel that was employed in the early 1990s to create a paper trail of personal, professional and psychological deficiencies that disqualified him from attaining higher office in the legal profession, judiciary and politics.
She holds a press conference on the steps of the police station stating "I hope this will now persuade them to finish what they started". One of the extras playing a reporter is choreographed to execute a combination SNL-Terminator Maneuver to articulate how the coalition fully intends on achieving its objectives and if it requires executing the Chinada High Command, so be it.
Christine begins to compile evidence necessary to prove the boy brought to her is not her son. After visiting the dentist and getting an unequivocal opinion, she delivers him to school. When interacting with a teacher producers fill the blackboard with the lexicon: in the middle is “Read pages 33 - 58" and to the left the word “Story” with three bullet-points below. The objective here is to highlight the publicly non-transparent circumstances involving Chinada, the coalition and the Custodian Chief.
The geo-plot was made easier by the facts of the Wineville Chicken Coop Murders, where it is presumed Christine’s boy met his untimely death. This opened up an opportunity to exploit for coalition interests and objectives. Thus when the story-line was introduced at the police station the lexicon was used to red flag Canada. Someone in the station yells out
Cop #1: Hey, anyone want to take a call from the Canadian Mounties?
Cop #2: What are they dealing with, a moose?
Cop #1: [X] is living here illegally, deported back to Canada. Living at some ranch near Riverside in Wineville. You want it?
The police captain enters and another exchange occurs with Christine. This time it’s a set-up that lands her in a psych ward.
Captain: You’ve caused us quite a bit of trouble Mrs. Collins. The situation has become an embarrassment for the entire police department.
Christine: It wasn’t my intention to embarrass anyone.
Captain: Ah no, of course not. […] You’re tryin’ to make fools of us? You enjoy this?
The parallel here is in how the Custodian Chief addressed his predicament. He filed a lawsuit, faced two privilege claims denying him critical government records and then undertook the research project to find out what happened and who was responsible. It wasn’t his intention to cause embarrassment. He merely sought to compile evidence of the genesis of the corruption and criminality, how it operated and who the principal parties were, including the Chinese; with the overriding purpose of fully distancing himself from what he was forced to experience and finally living a normal life. Humiliating the ‘establishment’ including the police either by way of the lawsuit or research was an incidental consequence and was generated only out of their guilty conscience. Later, in 2006, it would be his Triple “E” formulation of diplomacy – encirclement, embarrassment, embargo – that included what this passage speaks to; but again not of his making. It was the early members of the coalition and those who thereafter joined who sought to use political embarrassment to compel capitulation and reform, accountability and demilitarization.
When the police captain commits her to the psych ward his voiceover says “She suffers from paranoia delusions of persecution and dislocation from reality”.
The Custodian Chief’s committal didn’t halt the research project. There was a computer in the ward and he used it to document what he observed:

Credibility Deconstructing Psych Ward in 1993 and 2005

It took only a quick second reviewing Form 4 of the “Medical Certificate of ‘Involuntary Admission’” under the provincial Mental Health Act to piece the evidence together as to who was responsible for the Canadian being committed to a psych ward not only in February 2005, but linking time, space and culpability for Article 7 violations also in February 1993.
It was there staring him in the face; but he didn’t see it until after sitting in a Dogville psych ward to realize he was the victim of more conspiratorially covert Chinese and Liberal malfeasance in the categories that will see them either deported or jailed for life. He could not help but recall those first few hours in the St. Paul’s intake section of the hospital’s psych ward in February 1993 when a door opened long enough to see several Asians meeting with one of the mental health workers. That same pattern played itself out again twelve years later when, wandering around that same intake section there were no less than five or six Asians staring him down. The product of his connect-the-dots exercise on February 16, 2005, was so powerful, the Canadian could not but laugh out loud at this discovery. His hilarity could only arise from two sources: either from how absolutely sloppy these Chinese were in acting surreptitiously or how brazen they were and wanting to take the credit – thinking they would never be held to account so why not torment him with the same evidence of their complicity.
[…]
After this enlightening conversation – one which got the Canadian’s intellectual juices flowing – he simply looked at the Form 4 he had with his handwritten chapters not yet typed into electronic format and burst out in laughter when he saw who it was who had signed his name to the committal form. It was none other than that first Chinese doctor who examined him on February 7, 2005, in that same section he was in some twelve years previous. Dr. Johnathan Fung, whose address is also required on the form, the hospital at 1081 Burrard Street, Dogville, British Columbia, states on this official form the following:
1. In my opinion, this person: has a disorder of the mind that requires treatment and which seriously impairs the person’s ability to react appropriately to his/her environment or to associate with others (section 1 of the Mental Health Act); and
2. In my opinion, this person:
(a) requires treatment in or through a designated facility; and
(b) requires care, supervision and control in or through a designated facility to prevent his/her substantial mental or physical deterioration or for the protection of the person or for the protection of others; and
(c) cannot suitably be admitted as a voluntary patient.
Note: This medical certificate, when duly signed, is authority for anyone to apprehend the person who is the subject of this certificate and to transport the person to a designated facility for admission and detention for a 48 hour period. If a second medical certificate is completed within that period, it provides authority to detain the person for one month from the date of admission under the first certificate.
The Chinese and Liberals certainly were going to ensure that his stay in the Dogville psych ward was lengthy; for two days later, not a Chinese practitioner, but a Caucasian doctor, one Paula Campbell, signed the second form, dated February 9, 2005.
On the Form 4 executed by Dr. Fung, there is a section which allows the physician to “in summary form, [provide] the reasons for [his] opinion” and which also allows for “information [that] may be obtained through interviews, observations and collateral sources”:
This [patient] was brought to hospital by Con[stable] 87 after he was reported to have called the Mayor’s office demanding $50,000. Family has reported [the patient] has been getting more paranoid over recent months and his behavior escalating. Apparently, he is at risk of losing his housing now and has not been eating well. Patient presents as very psychotic with elaborate delusions of persecution by numerous government officials. No insight. Needs hospitalization for assessment and treatment.
Dr. Campbell’s summary states:
This patient is acutely psychotic with no insight. He has intense paranoid beliefs re: RCMP, CSIS. Has been contacting family and family friends* in threatening manner. He is disorganized, pressured and irritable. He invites discharge and minimizes concerns of family prior to admission.
* He was never threatening to family - that was fabricated. The reason for the hostility and transcript of the call from the decades-perceived family friend, Herb Capozzi, who was instrumental in his committal, is reproduced in the Pattison supplemental
The torture he endured was intentional, as documented in:
Internal Bleeding in the Last Democratic Fiefdom

It was unbelievable. Was it bad enough being entombed pursuant to the mental health legislation of British Columbia? Was it bad enough the Canadian’s home was ransacked for evidence from which to keep him incarcerated? Was it bad enough that he was being forced to take medication on a daily basis?
No!
The doctor, Carole Richford, prescribed on February 16, 2005 that he take a full day’s of medication at once at bed time. His body’s reaction: Internal bleeding like he had never seen before. Each bowel movement saw the toilet bowl filled with blood; the toilet tissue soaked with a deep crimson red. The casual connection was most clear to him. To the doctor, either take the same medication or face it being held down by the hospital’s internal police and injected right into his arm.
The $50,000 involves a settlement offer* made pursuant to a lawsuit that predates the Federal Court litigation by a few months.
* The Custodian Chief read a then recent Court of Appeal decision awarding $80,000 to an plaintiff who’d been negligently arrested and detained for a few hours. In his circumstances there was no lack of a duty of care because the police conduct was malicious and thus attracted a higher award under the court’s reasoning. Seeking $50,000 was more than reasonable in the circumstances
What kicked off the “intensified campaign”, aka January ‘02’s surreptitious assassination without culpability initiative, was being arrested by Vancouver police and thrown in jail overnight. The City Solicitor assigned to the file appeared to be complicit, as pled in the lawsuit:
355. To essentially kick-off the intensified campaign and in the process maliciously brutalize and torment the Plaintiff, he was, without lawful justification, reason or excuse, arrested and detained qua assaulted, kidnapped and forcibly confined, and forthwith unlawfully searched, handcuffed and taken to and held in a jail cell during the early morning hours of January 6, 2002. As he walked home alone from the Roxy nightclub, the VCPS [Vancouver City Police Service] conspired with the Defendant to arrest and then deliver him to the Province of British Columbia’s Sheriff’s care, custody and control for approximately 7 to 8 hours. The VCPS and Sheriff’s rough handling of the Plaintiff while in their respective care, custody and control lead to him being battered. He repeatedly asked for counsel, but was denied.
356. The VCPS and Sheriff’s covered up the kidnapping and forcible confinement by each intentionally failing to prepare and file an arrest and detention report. The City of Vancouver’s Solicitor’s Office and Tom Zworski, Barrister & Solicitor, an employee of said Office also covered-up the kidnapping and forcible confinement.
357. The VCPS, Tom Zworski and the Defendant continued the cover-up by fabricating evidence. A Statement of Claim was filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Action No. S023809, by the Plaintiff. Zworski replied to a Demand for Particulars by the Plaintiff and cited both a fabricated police incident number and a jail control number.
The facts, the credibility of which were never challenged, were raised in a complaint letter to the Law Society of British Columbia:
What was being sought in March 2002 was information any criminal law defence counsel could obtain within twenty-four hours of request upon being approached by a new client. While arguably it was reasonable for the member to have not been given this basic information by an embarrassed police agency when asked at first instance, not producing it after the affidavit was delivered began the process of evaluating the member’s complicity and loyalty to what is now proven to be a predatory nepotism exclusion mandated and Chinese militarized police agency.
DEMAND FOR PARTICULARS
To The Defendants:
TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Rule 19(17), the Plaintiff, Brad Kempo, demands further and better particulars of the Defendant’s Statement of Defence as follows:
[…]
5. Pursuant to statements contained in paragraph 9 of the Statement of Defence, provide particulars as to the following:
(a) the police file number on the police arrest and detention report;
The Reply to the Demand for Particulars delivered to me by way of correspondence dated 26 August 2002 states:
[…]
5. The incident involving the Plaintiff was assigned police incident number 02-8960 and the jail control number 110968.
The fact it took a Demand for Particulars six months after the original request to obtain these two file numbers strengthened the inference the member was complicit in evidence fabrication and loyal to a systemically malfeasance police agency and thus in violation of the Criminal Code and the Bar’s ethical code of conduct.
As an Officer of the Court the member should have conceded after receipt of the affidavit [from a witness] the police were not behaving appropriately. And he should have easily concluded the file numbers he was eventually given were fabricated. On the evidence it is reasonably inferred the arrest and detention were ‘off the books’ because of the malicious, illegal, tortious, unconstitutional, human rights violating and political and geo-political motivations behind them and the police had to create them and the arrest and detention reports only when pressed to do so by the circumstances of the June-filed lawsuit.
With the City Solicitor appearing complicit, it was reasonable to try and settle directly with the Mayor. Now ‘Senator’ Larry Campbell is inferred to be a co-conspirator with Pattison, Capozzi and Brown in state kidnapping and torture.
In the undisseminated How Fiefdom Historians Might Interpret Events and Circumstances Regarding the Canadian’s February 2005 Incarceration in the Last Democratic Fiefdom’s Psychiatric Ward he reproduces a letter authored for the psychiatrist’s edification. It states in part:
February 14, 2005
St. Paul Hospital
Vancouver, British Columbia
Dear Madam:
Re: Kempo, Bradley John; Patient February 2005
Pursuant to your ‘diagnosis’ last Monday and your evaluation for this date, this is to provide you with relevant information that was not available nor requested last time.
As I indicated I have been involved in a federal law suit against the federal government and departments and individuals located and resident on the west coast. It was from the criminality alleged that I had two visits to the wards here and at VGH in February and March 1993. Since then, my records indicate I have not seen a doctor for anything more than a cold sore in the mid-1990s. Dr. Earl Hardin, our family doctor will testify to this and the fact that my mental condition throughout the ‘90s when he was seeing me as part of a Law Society of Alberta requirement was sound; enough so that he wrote two letters to that society and one to its BC counterpart for the purpose of practicing law again.
The circumstances you perceive to constitute a mental disorder arise not because I have such an affliction; rather due to the environment created by the defendants. Like a whistleblower in a large corporation, I have been subject to harassment and intimidation for well over two years.
Eastwood-Jolie-Grazer et al. draw a link between their production and his nihilistic hell when scripting the intake nurse to declare Christine a “Code 12”. The designation for incarceration is police authorization*. Plus the clock on the wall behind her reads 4:20.
* They turned it into a coalition identifier by linking it to the Custodian Chief's two enslaved decades
Christine is approached by a fellow patient during breakfast:
Don’t you get it? You’re a Code 12. So am I. We’re here for the exact same reason: we both pissed off the cops. You see that lady there? [lady: protracted Oprah M.] Her boyfriend cop kept beating her up. When she tried to tell somebody about it he brought her here.
[…]
If we’re insane nobody has to listen to us. Who are you going to believe – a crazy woman tryin’ to destroy the integrity of the force or a police officer? Once they get us in here we either shut up and learn to behave or we don’t go home.

The Custodian Chief didn’t do either. However, it would be just under a year before he got back into conducting the research project. After he left the ward he was compelled to take medication for some five months that left him lethargic and sleeping most of the time. That overpowered him well into mid-summer 2005. He re-engaged his nemeses because of the October 1, 2005 Pentagon-launched ‘Operation Iron Fist’: an Iraq military operation that incorporated the name of his treatise chapter The Iron Fist of Article 7 in the Last Democratic Fiefdom (reproduced in Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu: Generates Communiqués to Underscore Israel’s Historic Interest in Militarized Human Experimentation). It was an 'international signpost'. Then the coalition commenced its full court press diplomacy in early January 2006.
When Christine meets with the head psychiatrist for the first time he indicates it is standard procedure to draw blood from new patients. When she acknowledges that as protocol the actor playing his role is choreographed to execute a Zeta-Jones Maneuver; meant to draw attention to the fact that multiple times the Custodian Chief was required to give blood during his February ’05 incarceration.
Eastwood-Jolie-Grazer et al. incorporate many authentic facts of the Wineville murders, including there being some twenty boys who were slaughtered. They viewed the number twenty as did all coalition partners at that time – a statistic of how long the Custodian Chief had been an enslaved human experimentation victim. Thus the interview between deporting police officer and boy who escaped is scripted to contain exactly three uses of the number during the scene.
The number is employed again when they and other police officers arrive at the farm. Once they find the bodies in shallow graves he states “Call it in. Get the coroner and every officer within a twenty mile radius”.
Christine is released when the head psychiatrist is given a newspaper, the lead story indicates her boy was a victim of the serial killer. Immediately upon her departure she’s filmed walking down the street past a vehicle – license plate # “010-226”, what in mid-2008 was a double coalition identifier, compensation ratifier and double China identifier. Concomitantly there’s a store awning behind her in prison certainty and quantum and a newspaper vendor is barking the headline. He’s observed holding three copies. When she hears him say “Collins boy assumed dead” she executes a Prince Harry Maneuver – explicit coercive diplomacy.
The very next scene is in the Police Chief’s office. The clock reads 8:05 as he reams out the police captain: “Your handling of the Christine Collins case has exposed this department to public ridicule. There’s even the possibility of civil and criminal liability”. Producers juxtapose the China identifier with a compensation ratifier to draw a parallel. And in the 21st century setting both will crystallize.
The pastor and Christine have a post-release conversation. He warns her there might be police retaliation. She responds with “What are they going to do to me now? The got nothin’”. There’s a geo-parallel here too. Those in Canada who criticize or otherwise act in opposition to the status quo can be subject to all manner of malicious and punitive retribution. Their employment might be terminated and lawsuits filed to bankrupt them; and they could be tossed in a psych ward as Custodian Chief was. He had his law practice sabotaged and his professional reputation demolished and his post-practice entrepreneurial adventure covertly ruined; all in all leaving him in the state of perpetual poverty. There’s nothing left to take from him. They’ve got no leverage.
The very next scene begins with a close-up of a license plate that got him howling with geo-joy. It’s the color of quantum with Presidential quantum lettering: “8-970 British Columbia”. The second and third digits add up to a compensation ratifying 16 – again juxtaposing China’s liability with his compensation entitlement. There’s also a red tail-light to produce the colors of China.
Added is a date and place stamp: “Vancouver, Canada, September 20, 1928”. This links Dogville with the two decades of hell the Custodian Chief suffered.
As the car drives away from camera the audience sees the Vancouver skyline and mountain backdrop. The street scene looks like the top of the hill on the south side of the Granville Street Bridge. This is when the serial killer takes lodging with his sister. When he takes a shower her husband calls the police and he’s nabbed and extradited to the United States.
The pastor visits Christine with a proposition upon concluding a police commission investigation would be worthless – much like what the Custodian Chief felt after Vancouver Police Internal Affairs (aka Professional Standards) refused to follow through on his complaint about police complicity and criminality.
Christine: I guess I would have to hire a lawyer? File a civil suit?
Pastor: I went to the best attorney in town; a man who sued this city four times and won [Rooney M.]. Unfortunately, we cannot really afford to hire him.
Christine: Nice.
Lawyer: …which is why I’m doing this pro bono. It would be my honor to defend your honor Mrs. Collins. In my fifteen years as a lawyer I’ve never seen anyone fight as long and as hard as you have and what is so clearly in the cause of justice.
The number “four” was chosen because that would make Mr. Harmon the lawyer’s involvement in a lawsuit against the city his fifth.
The audience watches as the pastor, lawyer, Christine and two men (totals five) barge into the psych ward and demand the nurse release all Code 12 patients pursuant to a court order he’s obtained.
That’s followed by a scene involving the cuffed and police escorted serial killer disembarking from the train. A reporter asks him if he has any comment on his arrest. To articulate that arrests of the Chinada malfeasant are certain, the murderer is choreographed to execute a Diaz Maneuver. The follow-up question is geo-sarcastic: “How did you avoid capture?”. Answer: “Well I didn’t, did I”.
The Mayor walks into the Police Chief’s office:
Mayor: Subpoenas [dbl-h Rumsfeld M.], requests for depositions, interrogatories, courtesy of Mr. Harmon and his new client Christine Collins. You don’t have to look them over too closely Chief. Your copies should be coming any time now. The city council has agreed to look into this starting immediately.
Chief: God damn it.
Mayor: I thought this was supposed to go away. [protracted O-S M.] This is an election year. I can’t afford this kind of press.
If Canada was a democracy, there would have been investigations by the country’s judiciary, the law societies, attorneys general on the federal and provincial level, police internal affairs, and city councils etc.. Instead there was reform sabotage, stultification* and silence.
* See Tracing Back A Decade and a Half of Stultification Within the Legal Profession, Administration of Justice and Government That Perpetuated the Last Democratic Fiefdom, Canada's Public and Quasi-Public Sector Institutions - A Democracy Report Card: In League or Incompetent, Impotent and Inept and The Canadian Judicial Council Insulates Judges Who Insulated Principals, Financers and Followers of the De Facto Governing Beijing Leadership and the China-Canada Military Alliance
The conduct of the police generated a public outcry of enormous proportions – an avenue of reform and accountability the coalition chose not to exercise; preferring limited transparency in Canada and a non-public process. The pastor and Christine walk towards City Hall where there’s a massive demonstration.
As they enter the area and hear what becomes a dozen and a half chants of “We want justice” an extra executes a McGraw-Jackson Maneuver. Translated: that’s what coalition partners seek for the Custodian Chief and all the other victims in Canada of trans-generational corruption and Chinese de facto governance and militarization.
The next set of scenes involves her attending the beginning of the city council hearing and the courtroom where the serial killer enters a plea. The psychopath executes a Terminator Maneuver when he enters the room to generate the communiqué that Chinada malfeasant are depraved indifference serial murders for what they did to countless numbers of Canadians who suffered in poverty that wouldn’t have if there’d been no wealth plundering and for surreptitious assassination without culpability.
To increase the diplomatic input of the courtroom scene in terms of what the malfeasant are facing viz. international justice, the judge is scripted to state “You’ve been charged with 3 counts of murder in the first degree, with an additional 17 counts under review by the District Attorney’s Office”.
Then the judge adds “In light of the defendant’s penchant for international travel, no bail will be set [killer: Diaz M., Powell-Diaz M.]”, which articulate the coalition’s intention on recommending to the ‘Iron Fist’ accountability tribunal that no defendant who has financial means be allowed bail because they’re a flight risk.
Christine gives evidence at the council hearing. She got to do what the Custodian Chief was denied because Vancouver City Council has no interest in addressing what the coalition is determined to fix.
And after that the lawyer’s cross-examination of the police captain is geo-politicized:
Mr. Harmon: Mrs. Collins told you the boy was not her son [Soledad M. X2].
Captain: Yes, she denied his identification in spite of all the evidence pointing to the contrary.
Mr. Harmon: She was correct. [councillor: Erin-Prince Harry M.] So what prompted her for psychological evaluation?
[captain’s explanation]
[snaps fingers] Just like that, you snap your fingers and an innocent woman is [clip: Pastor: Federer M.] thrown into the psycho ward. Every family in this great state is in grave danger when a police captain can take a woman into his office and five minutes later can have her thrown into the psychopathic ward at his own authority.
[gallery explodes in applause]
Captain: She wasn’t thrown [X Three].
[lawyer draws attention to there being no judicial warrant for committal until after Christine’s incarcerated]
Extraordinary steps were necessary because we were dealing -- [Z-J-Federer M.] -- we were dealing with an extraordinary situation. [clip: councillor: 60 MM]
The first use of the gesturing constituent of the lexicon points to the fact the federal government denied in its Federal Court Statement of Defence what was alleged. The second was being proven correct not by any accountability mechanism in Canada, rather the first and then subsequent members of the global coalition. The third draws attention again to his involuntary committal and arguing it’s a fact of life in Canada. The last draws attention to the nature of the Chinada threat.
When the pastor visits Christine at home they have a conversation about her holding on to the possibility her son wasn’t one of the serial killer’s victims, since a conclusive identification couldn’t be made. He states: “[When you see him in heaven] he’ll know front to back, end to end, heart to soul you did everything you could, Mrs. Collins, [Christine: Cl.M.; Newman M.], everything”. Translation: the coalition has done and will do everything it can to contain and neutralize China’s ideological imperialism and fix Canada’s systemic dysfunctionalities.
Cleverly, producers alternate between the two accountability forums. As the Committee Chairman reads the decision the judge is rendering the court’s verdict. In the former the police chief is dismissed from duty. In the latter the serial killer is found guilty and sentenced:
Judge: It is the judgment of this court [clip: killer: Cl.M, Z-J M., Prince Harry M., Erin M.] you be conveyed to San Quinton Prison where you will be held in solitary confinement for a period of two years – until October 2, 1930. On that date you will be hanged by the neck until dead. [clip: killer: Cl.M.].
When the convicted is led away he executes a Clooney-Newman Maneuver.
This is where the producers powerfully introduce the recommended sentence for Chinada’s High Command. Thereafter the rest of the movie corroborates that intention. In doing so Angelina Jolie, Clint Eastwood and Brian Grazer formally announce their membership in the coalition’s exclusive ‘Capital Punishment Club’.
The lawyer shows up at Christine’s place of employment to announce the killer wants to confess to her that he murdered her son: “Christine, he’s willing finally to admit [clip: Christine: Eva M., Pacino M., Branson M., Eva M.] that he did it. He says if you come up and see him in prison he’ll tell you the truth to your face [Federer M.] so that you can get on with your life and have some peace. As you know he’s set to be executed the day after tomorrow”.
Geo-politically, the militarized totalitarian “culture of entitlement’, global hegemony related arrogant belligerence and delusional confidence amongst Chinada malfeasant make them incapable of admitting they did the Custodian Chief and many other victims wrong. The coalition will have to wait until the imprisoned spend years, perhaps decades, in prison, the most culpable in solitary confinement, to see if they want to confess and might not get it from those sentenced to die for their crimes.
When she arrives the guards give her “twenty minutes” with the condemned killer.
The execution scene is replete with the lexicon to drive home how determined the partnership is to repeat what the Nazi High Command received. When he’s being led to the gallows stairs producers insert a Thalia Maneuver executed by a reporter. When he’s ascending a clip of three reporters jotting down notes is edited in. When being prepared for hanging the serial murder rants, among other things, “13 steps” twice; generating two kinds of China identifier. Adding the digits equals eight; and 12 X 2 = 26.
Producers underscore the reason why they joined the ‘Capital Punishment Club’ by inserting a reference to the ‘elevator incident’ – an experience the Custodian Chief had that for all coalition partners represents a combination of the development of stealth cognition technologies and surreptitious assassination without culpability.
The second last set of connected scenes is set in 1935. Christine’s workmates invite her to watch the Academy Awards. She declines indicating she has too much work to do. Her boss follows them and asks her on a dinner date, which she too declines. She indicates to him she’s got a two dollar bet on the winner of best picture, choosing ‘It Happened One Night’. As her boss is hearing her explain “I’m the only person who thinks it has a chance against Cleopatra”, the ‘ding’ of the elevator’s arrival is heard; followed by watching him enter it.
Producers were open to choose any year, but went with 1935 to link the coalition identifier and Custodian Chief with the communiqué to the Chinada High Command and the lower ranks that they will be arrested, prosecuted and sentenced one day. They don’t think so, but the coalition knows it is because they are determined to deliver international justice to them however long it takes and whatever resources are expended in the process.
The final scene speaks to the Custodian Chief’s previous experiential nihilism and what the coalition brought to him that sustained him throughout the years of what proved to be inefficacious diplomacy. The scene is played out on the steps of the police station. The deportation cop had just finished interviewing one of the boys that escaped from the ranch; a lad who knew Christine’s son to be there. As they part company she states:
[The interview] gave me something I didn’t have before: hope [Cop: McGraw-Jackson M.]

Doing press for the movie included interviews by Clint and Angelina. They geo-politicized this one:
Angelina: I found myself telling people the story of the script [0:21: Cramer M.; Eastwood: 60 MM]. And it's a great justice story; about love and loss [Eastwood: protracted Rooney M.]
[...]
If you did something against the police the police made a decision [...] and so [Eastwood: Rumsfeld M.] this was a Code 12. [...]
Clint: [1:56] It was amazing that they could do that – that they could put somebody in the psychiatric ward, or psychopathic ward they called it in those days, without any big deal. And of course at the trial the attorneys [were] incensed, and everybody's incensed, this could happen. And this is what brought down the whole administration politically in Los Angeles at that time.
And Angelina appeared on a British radio show and said this about what every coalition partner thinks about how the Custodian Chief was treated both over two decades and when he sought justice:
Interviewer: One of the many shocking things about this story is the extent of corruption in the police force. Did that surprise you were researching this; I mean it was endemic and goes from top to bottom.
Angelina: Yea, of course it did. I really -- I couldn't believe that they could do this. The Code 12 and locking up the women was shocking; um, but really what they did to this woman was [4:01: protracted Aussie-Eva M.] just unbelievable; the extent they would go even when they must have known that they'd made a mistake; to just simply cover themselves to not look bad – the extent that they would go to her life and to this little boy's life was unbelievable.
In this one Clint high profiles the Pentagon and CIA’s decades of intel collection and since 2003 electron microscopic surveillance of everyone linked to trans-generational corruption and Chinese de facto governance and militarization; the kind of evidence accumulation for ‘Iron Fist’ tribunal prosecution purposes that the Chinada malfeasant have scoffed at in their belief they’re behind sovereign borders and therefore invincible, insulated and immune.
He then draws attention to how much the coalition is taking notice of what goes on in the country and East-West Corridor of Diplomacy aka the Custodian Chief’s home, where he’s constantly subject to criminal and tortious activity and human rights violations by what he calls and all partners know to be “bizarre” people.
He also acknowledges the Canadian's international persona and coming wealthy lifestyle and compliments him for being able to compartmentalize and mitigate what to his clients, partners and colleagues is an intolerable existence.
Clint: I remember [0:38: protracted Erin M.] shooting out in Glendale [...] and there [were] cameras - people with long lenses - way back, you know and [0:57] Erin M.] they'd pay a neighbor to stand on a porch so they could shoot across the street [1:02: Erin M.] and I thought 'I don't know if they ever did that in the old days; people weren't so nuts about taking pictures.
Interviewer: How do you think Angelina handles...
Clint: ...She handles it great. In fact I [1:14: JLo M.] I was watching her, ah, as we were preparing [Erin M., Prince Harry M.] and she didn't pay any attention to it and went ahead with [Erin M.] her business. And she has a great way [Prince Harry M., protracted Erin M.] of shutting it out.
[...]
Interviewer: I've read you both say that you miss the fact that you can no longer observe people the way you used to when you were younger - when you were learning your trade. Do you get that opportunity anywhere anymore?
Angelina: I observe six bizarre happy little children every day. [2:19: Clint: protracted Branson M.; Angelina: Diaz M.] – and the most fun to observe.
[...]
Clint: When I was [2:47: Pfeiffer M.] doing films all around the world and stuff you become the observed rather than the observer. I remember [Erin-Gutierrez M.] when I went to Rome [Prince Harry M.] to do 'Fist Full of Dollars' I wasn't known there at all. And it was so nice because you could go into restaurants [Erin & Prince Harry M.] or sit at the end of the bar and watch people and watch [Erin M.] the interaction; and it was great.
Both of the DVD’s Bonus Features are geo-politicized. The first, entitled “Partners in Crime: Clint Eastwood and Angelina Jolie” begins with the lexicon. No more than five or six seconds in Clint edits in his self-choreographed Clooney Maneuver – the general purpose being to corroborate the geo-goal of the film; namely to articulate the movie principals’ consensus with other coalition partners that the death penalty is warranted. He times it to the lawyer’s scripted line when confronting the intake nurse, stating “My name is S.S. Harmon and I have a court order for the immediate release of all women held under Code 12”. Clint then adds another clip of himself, this time executing a ‘gun to the temple’ Richie-Santelli Maneuver and adding a Zeta-Jones Maneuver to mimic torture intended hypno-itching to the face.
The interview of the actor who played Walter Collins is geo-politicized. As he says about the director’s approach “just take your time, do everything the way [it] need[s] to be done” a clip of Clint is added executing a combination Gutierrez-Zeta-Jones Maneuver. Translation: the coalition will work diligently but carefully and patiently to effect stated objectives.
The interview of the actor who played the serial killer’s includes a clip of an extra effecting an Erin Maneuver to “One of the ways of his supreme coolness presents itself is he – he just believes it’s going to happen”; Clint et al.’s way of saying that what the coalition intends for Canada, China and the malfeasant will materialize in due course and harboring any doubts is inappropriate.
Clint et al. direct the treatise audience’s attention to coalition confidentiality and the pressing need for it; putting it on the record for his global democracy, rule of law and human rights partners once again that one of its necessities involves removing from mainstream society those who threaten it. He aggressively states “I have no secrets; there are no secrets in the world” – totally out of place for the context in which it appears, but a perfect fit viz. coalition issues. He inserts a clip of a cameraman who’s choreographed to effect a combination Erin-Execution Maneuver, the latter embellished to underscore that the public not aware of the threat, the existence of the coalition and what it seeks to achieve creates the opportunity to execute the Chinada High Command. For other justifications for secrecy see the treatise author’s policy paper Policy Reasons for Maintaining Perpetual Confidentiality of the Fiefdom Treatise and the Existence and Raison D'être of the Anti-Chinada Coalition.
The interview of the missing boy is again added to the Bonus Feature; this time he’s choreographed to effect a Zeta-Jones Maneuver to “they took care of their clothes”; referring to how the coalition is arranging for the Custodian Chief to transform from a life of bottom of the economic ladder poverty to its opposite.
During the interview of the deportation cop he says “[The clothes] are really comfortable. You feel really sharp in it”. Edited in is a clip of a member of the production crew executing a double Prince Harry Maneuver and the actor playing the imposter a quasi-Federer Maneuver followed by a Clooney Maneuver. This is to highlight how calm and content the coalition is with the Custodian Chief because he’s demonstrated an intellectual capacity that has proven accurate and thus reliable and trustworthy.
The Clooney Maneuver blends into the next segment generating the communiqué how profoundly bizarre Canada’s ‘establishment’ is as observed in how it evolved and that it protected the status quo despite all efforts to fix intensely vile systemic dysfunctionalities. The actor playing the deportee states “It’s weird because …”.
The coalition confidentiality subject is revisited, this time embedded in the interview of the costume designer. A clip of an extra executing a double-handed McGraw-Jackson Maneuver is timed to “There are no clothes that should stand out”.
Clint offers his views on the sets that were available to film this 1920s period piece. When discussing the use of City Hall he states “It’s the only building as it stands in Los Angeles [Erin M.] -- they’ve kept it for many years”. The intent is to condemn enslaving the Custodian Chief for over two decades in a repugnant program.
Bonus Feature #2 is entitled “The Common Thread: Angelina Jolie Becomes Christine Collins”. Angie is interviewed about the film and she describes what it was like to skate around during the employment scenes: “And the funnier side of the period was having to roller skate while being a telephone operator [Erin M.] which was one of the funniest things I’ve ever done in my career”. She is stating how working with the coalition has been one of the most important causes she’s ever had in her career.
Renting this movie when the Custodian Chief did fit well with what was going on in the diplomatic corridor at the time. President Obama had just arranged five war council meetings lasting a scheduled three hours long during the preceding two weeks. During them photos were scripted to include the lexicon to generate communiqués about employing lethal military force and empowering the ‘Iron Fist’ accountability tribunal with the ability to render capital punishment sentences: President Obama’s War Council Reviewing Military Option to Effect Covert Regime Change in Canada: Part I and Part II.
In the last couple decades two national leaders met the same fate at the hands of their people. Romania’s brutal dictator Nicholas Ceauşescu was summarily shot by the military when it and the secret police, the Securitate, switched sides.

And after public regime change in Iraq by the United States and its 'coalition' allies, Saddam Hussein went to the gallows; as did his half brother, the country's Chief Justice .

Many times the coalition has insisted upon confidentiality in perpetuity. It and the ramifications for breaching secrecy were the geo-motive behind what is documented in Dreamwork’s ‘Monsters vs. Aliens’: The State of War, Prison Certainty, Quantum and If You Want Longevity Don’t Violate Coalition Confidentiality.
Clinical denial of the highest degree combined with a reality detached ‘culture of entitlement’ and pubescent psychopathology produced a willful blindness to today’s realities. Chinada principals view these and other historical examples like the Nazis and scoff at the coalition’s ability to use assassination techniques or effect capital punishment; calling the partners’ bluff they’ll never end up in an unmarked grave.
As a closing parenthetical remark, the Chinada High Command is ‘east of the totalitarian rock and west of the coalition hard place’. They cannot save themselves by publishing what is confidential because they’re cognizant of what will happen, namely their lives will be over as they’ve experienced it. Canadians will rise up like never before and politically, professionally and corporately lynch them. So they’ve chosen to roll the dice within the non-transparent world in which the coalition operates. ‘Changeling’ and many other partnership contributions to the peace, security and prosperity of the world make it uncontestable that those who evolved into nothing more that human sewer rats will be exterminated.
